"It is now the law of the land that your right to petition the Government has been abolished by the executive and judicial branches of your Government." is not a fact, it is most certainly an opinion, especially given that you've only cited a single district court opinion in support of the assertion. No, I haven't. But as an attorney, I know that a single district court opinion on a matter of constitutional law does not mean that the "executive and judicial branches" have abolished a right. · j e r s y k o talk · 04:36, 14 February 2007 (UTC)
