You are welcome to continue editing articles without logging in, but you may wish to create an account. Doing so is free, requires no personal information, and provides several benefits. For one thing, if you edit without a username, your IP address is used to identify you instead.
In any case, I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your comments on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your IP address (or username if you're logged in) and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or ask your question and then place {{helpme}}
before the question on your talk page. Again, welcome! --Le Grand Roi des CitrouillesTally-ho! 17:29, 25 September 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Succubus in fiction
Thank you for your interest in the "Succubus in fiction" article. As you may be aware it recently survived an afd vote, so overiding that by repeatedly blaning it, without making any attemt to discuss your actions on the talk page, is pretty poor form. I'm afraid if you keep it up I'm going to have to treat it as vandalism and request a block on your IP.
BTW your editing style seems somewhat familiar, have we met before? Artw 13:53, 27 September 2007 (UTC)
- Since when is a content dispute vandalism? And I've never been to Seattle. 68.163.65.119 19:43, 27 September 2007 (UTC)

- and, I just noticed, to provide more helpful edit summaries. Be very careful not to use summaries derogatory to the nature of the contributor or th contribution. You might want to avoid the like of , "Why don't you provide a summary next time rather than just undoing my edits?" , "Try and provide a better rationale for trivia pushing" , "(rv; mindless follower of mine)" , "more idiocy by artw" Those last two in particular are blatant violations of WP:NPA. This is the discussion page for an anonymous user, identified by the user's numerical IP address. Some IP addresses change periodically, and may be shared by several users. If you are an anonymous user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other anonymous users. Registering also hides your IP address.
