[edit] Regarding edits made during September 11, 2006 (UTC) to User:Orfen
Welcome to Wikipedia. We invite everyone to contribute constructively to our encyclopedia. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing. However, unconstructive edits are considered vandalism, and if you continue in this manner you may be blocked from editing without further warning. Please stop, and consider improving rather than damaging the work of others. Thank you. If this is an IP address, and it is shared by multiple users, ignore this warning if you did not make any unconstructive edits. Ryūlóng 03:23, 11 September 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Your edit to Torrid
Your recent edit to Torrid (diff) was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to recognize and repair vandalism to Wikipedia articles. [edit] Rush Limbaugh
You have made an edit that could be regarded as defamatory. Please do not restore this material to the article or its talk page. If you do, you may be blocked for disruption. See Blocking policy: Biographies of living people. --Allen3 talk 03:00, 1 October 2006 (UTC)
- Your source still does not do what you appear to think it does. The sound bite you provide only shows that Limbaugh mispronounced Nagin's name and then immediately corrected his mistake before completing the rest of the sentence. The source does not state that anyone considered the incident racist, let alone who was offended, and does not show that there was any sort of apology made. As a result of these issues, the central thesis of your addition is still original research and has been removed as per WP:BLP. --Allen3 talk 12:16, 1 October 2006 (UTC)
[edit] American Idiot EP
Take a look at the criteria for speedy deletion. As the original remover of the tag said, presenting false information is not one of them. Try putting a PROD tag on the article or nominating it for deletion instead. -Elmer Clark 05:25, 23 October 2006 (UTC)
- Someone else has listed it on AfD. See Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/American Idiot EP. -Elmer Clark 05:26, 23 October 2006 (UTC)
