Hey, and welcome to Wikipedia! I just wanted to note that since Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, it can include criticism, as well as it's documented and well-sourced. Many, many people have worked on the Mack Brown article to make it as "NPOV" (neutral point-of-view) as possible, including myself (and I'm a student at The University). The criticisms section is all accurate information, and helps paint a more complete picture of Mack Brown, both his strengths and his faults.
