This is a copyrighted image that has been released by a company or organization to promote their work or product in the media, such as advertising material or a promotional photo in a press kit. The copyright for it is most likely owned by the company who created the promotional item or the artist who produced the item in question; you must provide evidence of such ownership. Lack of such evidence is grounds for deletion. This promotional image from the official company website can be used for following reasons under fair use policy

• This is an old image, without any possible reproductions
• This is low quality image and maybe the only image of the object
• This image is being used only on the Toyota article, describing only the company and its history. It won't be used for other reasons and means.
• This image is obtained from the official Toyota "about us" and history page where they were giving information about their history and will be used for that purpose on Wikipedia, to discuss Toyota's history only. It has no other use beyond that. Onetwo1 06:35, 8 July 2007 (UTC)
