Welcome!
Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. Thank you for your contributions.
Currently, you are editing without a username. You can continue to do so, as you are not required to log in to Wikipedia to read and edit articles; however, logging in will result in a username being shown instead of your IP address (yours is 67.98.154.56). Logging in does not require any personal details. There are many other benefits for logging in to Wikipedia. For now, if you are stuck, you can type {{helpme}} on this page and an experienced Wikipedian will be around to answer any questions you may have.
Please note these points:
- Please respect others' copyrights; do not copy and paste the contents from webpages directly.
- Please use a neutral point of view when editing articles; this is possibly the most important Wikipedia policy.
- If you are testing, please use the Sandbox to do so.
- Do not add unreasonable contents into any articles, such as: copyrighted text, advertisement messages, and text that is not related to an article's subject. Both adding such unreasonable information and editing articles maliciously are considered vandalism.
The Wikipedia Tutorial is a good place to start learning about Wikipedia. If you have any questions, ask me on my Talk page. I will answer your questions as far as I can! Thank you again for contributing to Wikipedia. — TheKMantalk 17:01, 30 May 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Rapunzel and Barry Manilow
Do you have a reference for this? Why would Manilow's contract with Don Bluth affect who writes the songs for Rapunzel? Powers T 15:25, 17 November 2006 (UTC)
- Please see Talk:Rapunzel (film)#Barry Manilow. Powers T 14:55, 19 November 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Barry Manilow peer review
Your request for peer review of this article wasn't completed correctly. I've created the required request at Wikipedia:Peer review/Barry Manilow/archive1, and you should check that page from time to time to see what feedback is generated. If you nominate other articles for peer review, please follow the steps listed under "Nomination procedure" near the top of the Wikipedia:Peer review page.-gadfium 22:45, 19 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Later this week...
I'll have some time to have a go at it, if you'd like. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Goinglogo (talk • contribs) 01:32, 15 January 2007 (UTC).
[edit] Medical stuff.
Just a few thoughts about the new stuff.
I was surprised to see all this medical stuff. I don't think its needed in this detail.
Especially when you think there is more information about this than there is about his albums.
The God and drugs thing doesn't seem important enough to have its own section.
I don't see the relevance of "Dear Abby". What makes this different from any other fan letter ("unless of course you ARE Abby").

[edit] New section
I added a new section/page:
Barry Manilow songs and compositions
This page is not for all the songs he has sung but ones that he wrote or co-wrote.
As you can see it is a work in progress and I guess there are missing songs.

[edit] Copyvio
Please do not take content from other sources and add it to wikipedia unless that content is released under the GFDL or released into the public domain. I am referring specifically to [1] which originated from here [2]. If you have added anything else which you took from another source, please remove it ASAP. There are several links in the welcome message at the top you should check out such as the one on respecting copyrights. Note that several editors have likely worked on the copyvio which you added but all that work has now come to naught because it had to be removed. Cheers Nil Einne 12:33, 11 April 2007 (UTC)
- I just noticed you credited a different source. However that source still claimed copyright so it was still not acceptaple to put it in wikipedia. I've been doing some research and it appears this may originate from Nolo. Whatever the case, unless and until there is any evidence this has been released into the public domain or it is GFDL, you should not re-add it. Nil Einne 13:13, 11 April 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Citizendium
Citizendium is not notable??? What has it been in so many newspaper headlines then? Michael Hardy 19:36, 12 April 2007 (UTC)
