[edit] Dudley Laws

Hi. I saw your post about the WP:BLP violation at Dudley Laws at Wikipedia:Biographies of living persons/Noticeboard. I'm writing to inform you that the procedure for requesting this is set out at Wikipedia:Requests for oversight. When making your request, please be as specific as possible about which versions you feel need to be removed. Typically, this procedure is invoked in biographies when the request is made by the subject himself, but according to the policy page, there may be other instances where the Wikimedia Foundation supports the removal. Meanwhile, I'll add an extra set of eyes to the article for a while in case such libelous material is reinserted. I have also issued a warning to the anonymous editor who inserted the material against introducing unsourced information to biographies. --Moonriddengirl 14:26, 9 September 2007 (UTC)

Welcome to Wikipedia. We invite everyone to contribute constructively to our encyclopedia. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing. However, unconstructive edits, such as those you made to Charlie Brown, are considered vandalism and immediately reverted. If you continue in this manner you may be blocked from editing without further warning. Please stop, and consider improving rather than damaging the work of others. Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did to Indigenous peoples of the Americas. Your edits appeared to constitute vandalism and have been reverted. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. Geologyguy (talk) 22:34, 25 March 2008 (UTC)
