[edit] My edits
Why would all of the edits be reversed at once? I made them separately. How strange that once-open Wikipedia now has such seemingly careless arbiters of truth and good.
I can understand why arbiters need to exist, and why complicated new edit-justification systems have cropped up (I didn't know), but just reversing every change I made was pretty weak, considering that your agenda is the same as mine, lady.
You're ruining Wikipedia by being so careless.
- Look, you blanked out several sections of the page. Normally when this is done, it is out of vandalism. Sometime it`s very difficult to tell when such large-scale changes are vandalism or are an attempt to make valid changes.
- There`s no need to be dramatic about it; just please familiarize yourself with the best way to edit Wikipedia (leaving explanations on the talk page, using the edit summary, etc.), as this will ensure that your changes will not be viewed as vandalism. Of course there are lots of changes that need to be made to this article, and others. But there are certain ways to go about doing this.
- I`m honestly trying to help you out here; please understand that. The only reason I am the one who reverted your edits is because I saw them first (though so did a couple others too, who have also left you notes here). At any other time, it could have been someone else. Whether or not we have the same "agenda" has nothing to do with it, though on that note I would caution you from using that word anyway, as our efforts around here are to make neutral articles that don`t have a certain agenda. I hope this explains things better; and I can`t stress enough how important it is to get to know the guidelines of editing Wikipedia. Good luck, romarin [talk ] 21:22, 23 June 2006 (UTC)
[edit] warnings
Thank you for experimenting with the page Emergency contraception on Wikipedia. Your test worked, and has been reverted or removed. Please use the sandbox for any other tests you want to do. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing to our encyclopedia. romarin [talk ] 20:45, 23 June 2006 (UTC)
- Please be careful not to remove content from Wikipedia without a valid reason, which you should specify in the edit summary or on the article's talk page. Thank you. Sango123 20:52, 23 June 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Your edits
Hi there, I just left you a warning but I see that you`re still making changes to Emergency contraception. It appears as though some of your changes are valid; however, since you had blanked large portions of the article, your edits were reverted as vandalism. It would be helpful if you, as another editor mentioned above, took advantage of the edit summary, so the rest of us know why you`re making the changes you`re making. Also, when making large changes or many small changes at once, it is both customary and helpful to leave a note on the talk page of that article, again, so that the rest of us know why you`re doing it. Following these guidelines can, in the future, help us all avoid conflict. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks, romarin [talk ] 20:58, 23 June 2006 (UTC)
- Thanks for the note on my page. I`m sorry to disappoint you, but the message I left for you in the first place is a standard warning message; I didn`t come up with the wording of it myself. As I said above, I see that some of your edits are valid. I would be great if you could familiarize yourself with how we normally do things around here, so that you can avoid getting into conflict in the future. For starters, please visit the Wikipedia:Welcome page. Thanks, romarin [talk ] 21:06, 23 June 2006 (UTC)

Please stop. If you continue to vandalize pages, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia.

Please do not replace Wikipedia pages with blank content, as you did to Starvation Creek State Park. Blank pages are harmful to Wikipedia because they have a tendency to confuse readers. If it is a duplicate article, please redirect it to an appropriate existing page. If the page has been vandalised, please revert it to the last legitimate version. If you feel that the content of a page is inappropriate, please edit the page and replace it with appropriate content. If you believe there is no hope for the page, please see the deletion policy for how to proceed. Thanks for contributing to Wikipedia! -- Gogo Dodo 05:07, 12 August 2006 (UTC)
