Request reason: "What evidence do you need? This is a proxy server for a CS lab. We are unable to create any accounts for research since this main IP is blocked; it's a pain in the ass to go to another computer to create the accounts so we can use it on this net."

Oh, you beat me to the decline.

Sorry for your inconvenience, but we cannot unblock this IP address at present. Too much vandalism and abuse has been received from this IP to make the risk worthwhile. Also, the IP address is owned by a website hosting company... that makes me leery that this IP address might be a proxy. ---J.S (T/C/WRE) 01:31, 2 March 2007 (UTC)
