Please do not add commercial links or links to your own private websites to Wikipedia, as you did in Leadership. Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising or a mere collection of external links. You are, however, encouraged to add content instead of links. See the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing to our encyclopedia. Thanks. --AbsolutDan (talk) 23:43, 4 August 2006 (UTC)

Please stop adding promotional links to Wikipedia, as you did in Community organizing. It is considered spamming, and Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising. Thanks. --AbsolutDan (talk) 03:09, 6 August 2006 (UTC)

The Highlander Center link was removed along with the links you have been adding to the Alianza Leadership Institute. You're right in that I'm not very familar with community organizing, but perhaps before you start throwing stones you ought to look inward. Please familiarize yourself with Wikipedia's guidelines regarding spam and external links. Wikipedia needs more content, not more external links. If the Highlander Center is so notable, it should have its own Wikipedia article. If it does, link to that article instead of adding an external link.
As far as Bert & Myles are concerned, you're right, they were collateral damage, and I can see that they were appropriate additions. --AbsolutDan (talk) 03:56, 6 August 2006 (UTC)
