Why do you insist on using Wikipeda to push your politics and mis-information? Nobody cares about your obsession of "Lot 4" or cutting of dead trees along the parking lot. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Mrhyak (talkcontribs) 2006-09-25T23:24:04.

[edit] Snoqualmie Pass area articles

Please refrain from undoing other people's edits repeatedly. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia under the three-revert rule, which states that nobody may revert a single page more than three times in 24 hours. (Note: this also means editing the page to reinsert an old edit. If the effect of your actions is to revert back, it qualifies as a revert.) Thank you. This applies to the articles Alpental, Summit at Snoqualmie, and Snoqualmie Pass (Washington). — EncMstr 08:05, 27 September 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Alpental

Is there a reason why you reformatted the Alpental article as you did? Wikpedia article formatting guidelines and appropriate content are here. You can reply on my talk page by clicking here, or on your talk page. — EncMstr 22:01, 28 September 2006 (UTC)

You haven't responded to my questions, and continue to revert the article without citations or any shred of justification. You are in danger of violating the three-revert rule on Alpental. Please cease further reverts or you may be blocked from further editing. — EncMstr 05:10, 29 September 2006 (UTC)

[edit] User notice: temporary 3RR block

[edit] Regarding reversions[1] made on September 29, 2006 to Alpental

You have been temporarily blocked for violation of the three-revert rule. Please feel free to return after the block expires, but also please make an effort to discuss your changes further in the future.
The duration of the block is 8 hours.

In addition to 3rr, you are breaking the formatting on the article, which (repeated) amounts to vandlaism. Please stop this.

If you are so proud of what you do then why do you hide. You use anonymous logins and ignore all attemps for sensible discussion. Wikipedia has rules against self promotion and propaganda. Your personal beef with Gilette and Booth Creek should not be fought here, this is a place for information, not debate. You go on and on about lot 3 and 4 which is irrelevent to Alpental, and you add misleading links to direct people to your personal website.Mrhyak 09:41, 30 September 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Vandalism of Alpental

For reasons that are unclear, you are persisting in adding improperly wiki-formatted material, despite having this pointed out to you multiple times; this is vandalism, for which you are blocked. Also, revelaing personal info is frowned upon William M. Connolley 18:03, 30 September 2006 (UTC)

FYI, your link freealpental.org and .com go to the same link, there was no intentional misdirection so not sure what your problem was with that. If you read the rules of Wikipedia you are not suppose to use the site to promote your own personal websites, political opposition, or personal issues you have. IMO Lot 3/4 have no real relevance to anyone looking up Alpental for information as it is your own personal war with Booth Creek. Why will you not discuss anything here on this site?--Mrhyak 21:17, 11 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Your edits to Alpental

The edits that you have made to Alpental have been reverted, as they seem to be in violation of one of the official policies of Wikipedia. In this case, the policy in question is What Wikipedia is not. This policy outlines items that are not suitable for inclusion within Wikipedia. If needed, you may see the changes I have reverted here. I would suggest reading up on what Wikipedia is not before resuming your editing. If you have any questions or comments, or need any help with editing, you may ask on my talk page, and I will assist you as best I can. Might I also suggest creating an account for yourself? If you do, you can prevent your IP address from being displayed, as well as have access to many more features that Wikipedia has to offer. I hope you have a wonderful evening, and happy editing. Please stop. If you continue to vandalize pages, as you did to Alpental, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. By your own admission now, you have disregarded WP:NOT, an official policy here on the English Wikipedia by including guidebook material. Twice so far, if I am reading the edit histories correctly. Entries within Wikipedia are not guidebooks, yet you stated within your edit summary that the information that you added back was guidebook material. The specific point I am referring to is item three four under Wikipedia is not an indiscriminate collection of information. Reading the policy may be in your best interest, as continued disregard of policies may lead to a temporary revocation of your editing privileges, as others may construe your actions as vandalism.
Furthermore, I do not believe I am infringing upon your political beliefs, as I have not singled out one or more portions of your edit that signify them. Even so, Wikipedia is written from a neutral point of view, and entries may contain information about political opinions... as long as they are presented from said neutral point of view.
As such, I would advise one of the following. One would be to leave a message on the Alpental talk page, and leave a message that would outline what you wish to add to the article, so that other editors may have a chance to weigh in on your opinion on what should be included. Second, you always have the receiving help from other Wikipedians, like myself, by adding a section to this talk page, by clicking the Edit this Page link at the top, adding a new section, and putting the template link {{helpme}} on the page, and a description of your question or concern. Next, you could always try asking me a question, and I will be more than happy to assist you to the best of my abilities. Another resource for information is the new contributors' help page where you can ask a question and other editors can reply to answer your questions or concerns. Yet another option is including this information ona different wiki, Wikitravel. The last, although I know there are more, option that comes to mind immediately, is to ask an administrator; they should be happy to answer any and all questions you may have.
I shall draw this post to a close, and as always, you may ask any questions of me if you wish. Happy editing. Kyra~(talk) 12:11, 15 December 2006 (UTC)
This is the only warning you will receive.
Your recent vandalism will not be tolerated. Although vandalizing articles on occasions that are days or weeks apart from each other sometimes prevents editors from being blocked, your continued vandalism constitutes a long term pattern of abuse. The next time you vandalize a page, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia.
I have explained before that Wikipedia is not a guidebook per WP:NOT as best as I can. The edits you keep reverting are not compliant with the aforementioned policy, which in a nutshell states what Wikipedia is not. First and foremost, Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, and to that effect, it is not a guidebook. There are other websites that contain guidebook-esque information... however this is not one of those websites. I sincerely hope you decide to become a respected editor. Have a pleasant evening.
