[edit] February 2007
Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but your recent contribution removed content from Pete Sampras. Please be more careful when editing articles and do not remove content from Wikipedia without a good reason, which should be specified in the edit summary. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. If you would like to experiment again, please use the sandbox. Thank you. I see how the way you want the grand slam finals section to appear can be beneficial, but you have to discuss it with other editors first. As you know, we are caught in an endless reversion war, but a simple discussion on talk pages will resolve this matter effectively. Thanks. Supertigerman 03:46, 28 February 2007 (UTC)
- Yes I have noticed the discussions, but my point is that there has to be a common consensus (which there currently is not, resulting in the edit war) before making a major change that would affect many tennis players' pages. I only ask that you continue discussing it and giving reasons until there is a common consensus made on what to do by the tennis Wikipedia community. Please do not simply edit the pages, because it is a waste of everyone's time if we do not understand the pros and cons of each design. Thanks. Supertigerman 04:00, 28 February 2007 (UTC)

- Please try to understand. Go to the Tennis Expert's talk page and you will see that I am considering your format as a legitimate substitute. However, let's simply discuss it until there is general agreement on the format. Editing to please only yourself does not work, as this is a community. Supertigerman 04:10, 28 February 2007 (UTC)
Why so unwilling to reach a consensus? Maybe in Tennessee it's a dictatorship, but here, you have the entire world using this as a resource. Don't keep reverting because everyone else will simply do the same. Supertigerman 14:47, 28 February 2007 (UTC)
