Both the diving leg drop and the elbow smash and called Downfall. They're listed one after the other, despite having the same name, because the leg drop has an alternate name. In the Shane Twins article the move X-Trainer is pronounced cross-trainer and is written in the article to relect that X-Trainer [cross-trainer], your edit to X-Trainer / cross-trainer makes the article read that the move was named both X-Trainer and cross-trainer which is wrong. --- Paulley
