[edit] November 2007
This is the only warning you will receive for your disruptive edits.
If you vandalize Wikipedia again, as you did to Miami University Hamilton, you will be blocked from editing. Shell babelfish 21:51, 30 November 2007 (UTC)
- If this is a shared IP address, and you didn't make any unconstructive edits, consider creating an account for yourself so you can avoid further irrelevant warnings.
- Scratch that, I realized I blocked you too soon, after I saw that you had been making good edits. Sorry! Leave me a message on my talk page if you have any questions or want to discuss anything. delldot talk 19:29, 1 December 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Block Appeal
Several things:
-
- You need to read up on WP:EW: [1]
- You need to read up on WP:NPOV: [2] [3]. Though the current article may be a plug for the university, the answer is not to add things plugging against the university to the article.
- Watch out for Godwin: [4] ;)
- You are correct, the person you are warring with has the same POV issues: [5]. Not sure why you were blocked and that one wasn't.
- An indef block was certainly too extreme, especially from this administrator. If you promise to abide by the above policies, your block will probably be shortened.
- Please consider registering an account, to make it easier for us to contact you.

- The indef block was used to force some response, it definitely wasn't meant to stick here forever :) I completely sympathize with wanting to fix the article, but your method of attacking the school along with the fact that you didn't respond to attempts at communication made it an unworkable situation. I'd be happy to help fix the article and help you with any questions you may have about editing Wikipedia or Wikipedia policy. Please understand that if you go back to the article and simply reinstate the attacks again, this account will be re-blocked. I'm unblocking now. Thanks. Shell babelfish 03:21, 2 December 2007 (UTC)
Obviously you aren't getting it. You were asked to read some policies and you didn't. Your home page isn't a reliable source and cannot be used to substantiate your claims against the school. This is the last warning you're getting before the block is reinstated. Shell babelfish 20:02, 2 December 2007 (UTC)
This is the discussion page for an anonymous user, identified by the user's numerical IP address. Some IP addresses change periodically, and may be shared by several users. If you are an anonymous user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other anonymous users. Registering also hides your IP address.
