Welcome to Wikipedia. We invite everyone to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia. However, the external links you added to the page 401(k) do not comply with our guidelines for external links. Wikipedia is not a mere directory of links; nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Since Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, external links do not alter search engine rankings. If you feel the link should be added to the article, then please discuss it on the article's talk page before reinserting it. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. JavaTenor 18:21, 30 April 2007 (UTC)

Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Economic bubble. Wikipedia is not a mere directory of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam policy for further explanations. Since Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, external links do not alter search engine rankings. If you feel the link should be added to the article, then please discuss it on the article's talk page before reinserting it. Thank you. --Dirk Beetstra T C 20:22, 30 April 2007 (UTC)

This is the only warning you will receive. Your recent insertion of spam, commercial content, and/or links is prohibited under policy. Any further spamming may result in your account and/or your IP address being blocked from editing Wikipedia.
Please do not add promotional material to Wikipedia. Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising. You are, however, encouraged to add appropriate content to the encyclopedia. If you feel the material in question should be added to the article, then please discuss it on the article's talk page rather than re-adding it. See the welcome page to learn more about Wikipedia. Thank you. --Hu12 21:47, 30 April 2007 (UTC) -
This is your last warning. The next time you vandalize Wikipedia, you will be blocked from editing. Deleting comments of other editors is considered to be an act of vandalism. Evidence: [1] --ProperManner 23:25, 1 May 2007 (UTC)

- Who says deleting messages to me from editors is vandalism I would like to see that section of the TOS, please follow up with reffrence or comments will be removed 5/07/07—Preceding unsigned comment added by 65.118.190.226 (talk • contribs) 21:12, 2 May 2007
- You are editing from an IP address. IP addresses are considered to be public because they are not password protected and can be used by multiple users. As such, recent warnings and comments are required to be left up to aid in efforts in combating misuse of Wikipedia. If you register for your own account then you would be able to control the content of your userspace within Wikipedia's guidelines. However, even with a personal account it is frowned upon for users to erase comments from their talk page because it makes it look like you're trying to hide something- archiving old messages is the recommended procedure in that case. I hope this addresses your questions. Have a great day. —Elipongo (Talk|contribs) 03:00, 3 May 2007 (UTC)

This is the discussion page for an anonymous user, identified by the user's numerical IP address. Some IP addresses change periodically, and may be shared by several users. If you are an anonymous user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other anonymous users. Registering also hides your IP address.
