Welcome!

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. Thank you for your contributions.

Currently, you are editing without a username. You can continue to do so, as you are not required to log in to Wikipedia to read and edit articles; however, logging in will result in a username being shown instead of your IP address (yours is 65.0.105.107). Logging in does not require any personal details, and there are many other benefits for logging in.

When you edit pages:

  • Please respect others' copyrights; do not copy and paste the contents from webpages directly.
  • Please use a neutral point of view when editing articles; this is possibly the most important Wikipedia policy.
  • If you are testing, please use the Sandbox to do so.
  • Do not add unreasonable contents into any articles, such as copyrighted text, advertisement messages, and text that is not related to an article's subject. Adding such content or editing articles maliciously is considered vandalism.

The Wikipedia Tutorial is a good place to start learning about Wikipedia. For now, if you are stuck, you can click the edit this page tab above, type {{helpme}} in the edit box, and then click Save Page; an experienced Wikipedian will be around shortly to answer any questions you may have. Also feel free to ask a question on my talk page. I will answer your questions as far as I can! Thank you again for contributing to Wikipedia. ShadowHalo 22:38, 23 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] An Automated Message from HagermanBot

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You may also click on the signature button Image:Wikisigbutton.png located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! HagermanBot 05:52, 24 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Reggaeton

I protected the page due to the edit war between you and Noé. Protection is not an endorsement of the current version (see m:The Wrong Version), nor is it a tool to force the users to find a compromise on the talk page instead of edit warring. Make sure you try to follow the dispute resolution process, and if a compromise is not reached, there are other steps you can take. Khoikhoi 06:09, 24 January 2007 (UTC)

And please, stop calling other users "vandals". Khoikhoi 06:23, 24 January 2007 (UTC)
You protected the page, but after it was vandalized (the title changed without consensus). At the very least, I think you should consider restoring it to its original title (that it used for years) before the protection was added. I'll start a dispute resolution myself so that it can be decided as to whether or not it should be reverted to the newly recommended title. But there's no reason to protect a page after it was vandalized, that's basically what happened here. Noé is upset that I disproved him, so any major edit to the page's title since I did so is a blatant vandalism, he's thus a vandal. He's the user calling people "loser", and "imbecile" and received a warning for it, I proved my points without regressing to namecalling. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 65.0.105.107 (talk)
You never disproved me. Then you say “I proved my points without regressing to namecalling.” but the sentence before that you call me a vandal. Even when you leave entries in the discussion page or revert back the page you leave the summary as “Noé the vandal” and so forth. Take responsibility for your actions and learn the definition of the word. Another thing you must learn is to sign your name, you haven't done so once. You rely on other people to do it for you, which is seriously not taking responsibility for your actions. Have some courtesy, you've been lectured several times and still have not learned. --Noé Æ 18:57, 24 January 2007 (UTC)
You were completely disproved on every level, "owned" if you'd like me to put it in more simpler terms. I defeated every point you made with hard facts, demonstrated that you do not speak Spanish enough to read any of the articles you cited, and made countless points that you were completely unable to refute. The fact of the matter is that not a single editor to this site or admin actually agrees with you, the page was only protected because an admin perceived it as an edit war. But have no fear, it will be returned to its correct title soon enough. I take no personal satisfaction in having to own someone in the subject of Latin music and its history, but Noe the vandal needs to just accept that he was wrong. With time you will heal.
Jajajajaja. Pobrecito, todavía no has aprendido a firmar tu nombre, o número en tu caso. Ya veo que eres un poco enfermo, mejor te dejo en paz, no es bueno hacerle burla a la gente con problemas mentales. --Noé Æ 03:12, 25 January 2007 (UTC)
Owned to the point of asking people he knows online to translate his comments into Spanish, which is why he's forced to wait a day before responding. Seriously, give up the charade, I don't even think you know what reggaeton music sounds like.
