Because as can been seen

  • IP address of 64.62.138.34 and 64.62.138.24 are fixed to me even I have subsbribed an dynamic IP address service provider
  • I am unable to access to your website unless via 动态网络技术公司(DIT) which are open proxy such as https://122.123.192.123, https://122.123.103.127, https://125.229.128.123
  • I don't believe that your website tech is advanced enough to secure me from hacking by other users. If your site have advanced IT tech, your website should be able to get accessed in any circumstances no matter what.
  • my fixed IP address is much equivalent to login user's condition. If you are unable to secure me from IP address shared users how can you secure me from this situation through login?

It says:

"Welcome Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia that anyone can edit. 2,126,076 articles in English"

It is obvious not true, if people would be able to visit this page, they will know that not anyone can edit wikipedia, such as me

[edit] Appeal for regulating Astral body

What I'm going to say is that people who have Astral body are not bad thing but a fate. However, the bad consequence is that every government is not regulating them. As to continueing the talk at the page of User talk:64.62.138.21, Astral body can possess the similar functions to those that aliens/ghosts/spirits have and also can be performed as millitary personel who are acting as soldiers for their nations. Therefore, those who have astral body should be registered with their government to get better disciplinary performance whenever their tasks are assinged, otherwise these soldiers are millitant and terrorists.

It should be noted that astral body can be categorized as self-realized and self-unrealized ones, at least to my knowledge. Self-realized one can be freely controlled by their own physical bodies whereas self-unrealized can be dangerously controlled by others. These two kinds should not be treated as the same but regulating respectively

As to how we can distinguish these two kind astral body, advanced medical methods or tech can do the job, I believe.
