Welcome
Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are a few good links for newcomers:
- The five pillars of Wikipedia
- How to edit a page
- Help pages
- Tutorial
- How to write a great article
- Manual of Style
You are welcome to continue editing articles without logging in, but you may wish to create an account. Doing so is free, requires no personal information, and provides several benefits. For one thing, if you edit without a username, your IP address is used to identify you instead.
In any case, I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your comments on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your IP address (or username if you're logged in) and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or ask your question and then place {{helpme}}
before the question on your talk page. Again, welcome! - Mtmelendez (Talk) 02:41, 6 November 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Your recent edits
Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. On many keyboards, the tilde is entered by holding the Shift key, and pressing the key with the tilde pictured. You may also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot 20:15, 5 November 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Creating articles in talk pages
I see you're creating articles in talk pages. Why is that? - Mtmelendez (Talk) 02:41, 6 November 2007 (UTC)
- Look, if you had an account, those pages you made in the talk pages could be posted as articles. Some of them could even become good ones. But they can't stay in the talk page! That's for discussion only. I suggest you create an account, wait a few days, and create the articles the right way. You don't have to come to my user talk page to fight about it. - Mtmelendez (Talk) 09:48, 6 November 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Deletion
Please do not use false claims to mark pages for deletion. This can be considered vandalism. Also read WP:IDONTLIKEIT. Please, do not yell or curse out other editors. The359 05:44, 6 November 2007 (UTC)
- Do not continue to attempt to nominate things for deletion just because they are not notable to you, as well as deleting important information from those articles by replacing it with the deletion template. If you continue to do so this will be seen as vandalism. The359 05:52, 6 November 2007 (UTC)
For your information, honey-pie, I was trying to support you by doing that. Your message might have gotten erased otherwise, and it might still, for all we know. And I'd refrain from telling me who to speak for, otherwise (peels off her gloves and shows off her sharp claw-like nails) you may not approve of the consequences. Wilhelmina Will 07:17, 6 November 2007 (UTC)
I say; you have a sense of humour. What's with those page links you gave me? Wilhelmina Will 07:22, 6 November 2007 (UTC)
What red links? Two of them are in blue, one has only a single bracket on each side. Wilhelmina Will 07:29, 6 November 2007 (UTC)
Well, I'll see what I can do about those. I don't actually know of these names, so it's good that you provided a lot of citations for them. It may take a while for them to get created, as I am deeply delved into working on the article for the show. Iggy Arbuckle. But as I said, I'll see what I can do. Wilhelmina Will 03:05, 7 November 2007 (UTC)
As a reply to what you last said: So all of the red links were intended for me to create? Godfrey Jones, that's a tight-packed handful! Well, I'll eventually get them all created, I'm sure, but I think I'll do them a few at a time. Too many articles created at once would be incredibly bad for my body, you understand. [edit] Caps Lock
Turn it off. Typing in all caps is considered rude to other editors. So is yelling at other editors, or telling them what to do. If you feel a change is necessary for an article, do it yourself. Please act more maturely and treat other editors with respect. Your behaviour is not fitting for this project. The359 21:14, 6 November 2007 (UTC)
- I am a Wikipedia editor who is noticing your troublign behaviour. You cannot simply go around to a bunch of other people's talk pages and tell them to create articles. If you want to see articles created that you think are notable, then you should register and make them yourself. It is not right to expect others to do the work for you, nor to demand or yell at them when they do not cover the subjects you like.
- Also, for a second time, turn off your caps lock key. You have been warned. The359 05:30, 7 November 2007 (UTC)
- I don't particularly care what your feelings are in regards to Wikipedia, or what you assume you know about what acadamia feels about Wikipedia. If you do not like Wikipedia, then I humbly ask that you leave, because all you are doing is vandalizing, ruining, and generally not contributing anything to the project that would make it better than the crappy self it is in your eyes.
-
- Your continued annoyance of giving people a large list of pages THEY should create because YOU don't feel like creating an account and writing them yourself is not allowed. Nor do these lists belong on articles such as CBS Daytime or ABC Daytime.
-
- You clearly do not understand the rules, and quite frankly should not be continuing to edit Wikipedia if A) You don't like it or its content and B) Don't even know how to properly edit Wikipedia. You have continued to ignore warnings and will eventually be blocked if you do not act in a more mature, respecting, and intelligent manner. The359 07:05, 7 November 2007 (UTC)

-
- You seem to be missing the point. If you feel an article is notable, create it. Do not simply tell 20 some odd people that THEY should create it. Nor do you add such a list where it does NOT belong, such as CBS Daytime and ABC Daytime. And the only way to create pages is to register, and since you vehemently oppose registering for some looney tooney reason, then it is not the responsibility of others to do what you feel is necessary.

- Not only that, but a large number of the articles you propose do not fit notability standards, and do not deserve articles at all, regardless of what you may think of it. The359 07:23, 7 November 2007 (UTC)
- I'm sorry, but you clearly do not understand what the notability standards of Wikipedia are. Being able to find their name on a Yahoo search does not make something notable. MY name is in a Yahoo search, several infact. Nor were we discussing an article which already exists, such as Michele Val Jean, we were discussing the articles which you think should be created and which you added to your list that you gave to other users.

[edit] Behavior
Stop and please read the help pages and tutorial at the very top of this page before making any other edit. If you do want to respond to me, do not use caps. You've been warned on incivility, how to write proper articles, tone with other users, signing your posts, and writing in all caps. If you break any more of these rules, you will be blocked so you can have a longer chance to read up on how to contribute to Wikipedia. A lot of the pages you suggested are quite valid and with extra work, can turn into good articles. But your attitude needs to stop here if you do want to continue editing, or quite frankly, if anyone hopes to take you seriously in the future. Mike H. [edit] November 2007
Please stop. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did to User:The359, you will be blocked from editing. ~Eliz81(C) 06:50, 7 November 2007 (UTC)
- If this is a shared IP address, and you didn't make any unconstructive edits, consider creating an account for yourself so you can avoid further irrelevant warnings.
- And he has now been blocked. Mike H. Celebrating three years of being hotter than Paris 07:32, 7 November 2007 (UTC)

This is the discussion page for an anonymous user, identified by the user's numerical IP address. Some IP addresses change periodically, and may be shared by several users. If you are an anonymous user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other anonymous users. Registering also hides your IP address.
