Not to worry mate, he has been properly warned not to remove notices by another user, though the notices have not been added back. This is as you say because you are an IP User. With your good track record and knowledge of Wikipedia I would like to suggest you get an account and continue to help Wikipedia as a user. If you do join you would do wonders as an anti-vandal. If you do get an account I suggest the following
