Welcome to Wikipedia. We invite everyone to contribute constructively to our encyclopedia. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing. However, unconstructive edits are considered vandalism and immediately reverted. If you continue in this manner you may be blocked from editing without further warning. Please stop, and consider improving rather than damaging the work of others. Thank you. If this is an IP address, and it is shared by multiple users, ignore this warning if you did not make any unconstructive edits. Tangotango (talk) 15:09, 9 January 2007 (UTC)
Thanks for experimenting with the page Milo Ventimiglia on Wikipedia. Your test of deliberately adding incorrect information worked, and has been reverted or removed. Please use the sandbox for any other tests you want to do. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing to our encyclopedia. Thanks. --GargoyleMT 22:40, 9 January 2007 (UTC)
You have been blocked from editing Wikipedia for a period of one week as a result of your disruptive edits. You are free to make constructive edits after the block has expired, but please note that vandalism (including page blanking or addition of random text), spam, deliberate misinformation, privacy violations, personal attacks; and repeated, blatant violations of our neutral point of view policy will not be tolerated.--Ezeu 23:27, 9 January 2007 (UTC)
Welcome, and thank you for experimenting with the page Suicide on Wikipedia! Your test worked, and thank you for reverting or removing it yourself. The best way to do tests in the future would be to use the sandbox. You can look at these pages as well: how to edit a page, the tutorial, and how to write a great article. All of these pages are good places to start. Again, welcome, and I hope that you will like Wikipedia. MKoltnow 16:36, 17 January 2007 (UTC)
This is the only warning you will receive.
Your recent vandalism to Columbian Exchange will not be tolerated. The next time you vandalize a page, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. [edit] Long term block
Due to persistent vandalism (see edit log), editing by anonymous users from your school, library or institution's IP address may be currently disabled. You continue to have full access to read the encyclopedia. If you are logged in but still unable to edit, please follow these instructions. To prevent abuse, account creation via this IP address is probably also disabled.
If editing is required for class projects, please have your teacher or network administrator contact us (with reference to this IP address) at unblock-en-l from an email address listed on your school's website. Alternatively, if you have no Internet access at home, you may email us using your school-issued email address, telling us your preferred username. An account will be created for you. Please check on this list that the username you choose has not already been taken.
PS: It's now standard operating procedure by administrators such as myself to remove warnings that are months old from the talk pages of Shared IPs. They serve no useful purpose but to make a talk page uncessarily long, while a pruned list along with the permanent block log is enough to demonstrate persistent pattern vandalism over several months is sufficient for the purposes of fighting vandalism. Anyway, older warnings will always be available via the talk page's history. -- Netsnipe ► 16:28, 9 April 2007 (UTC)
