Original message: My 7th Grade Writing class is trying to edit the Goessel, Kansas web page with more up to date entries. We have a variety of sub topics including local business, history, education, etc. The change was reverted the last time we tried to update. I can assure you all the info is researched and valid. Any chance we can get that change accepted? Thanks!

I suggest you read up on wikipedia and how it works before doing a class contribution, and then teaching your class how to use wikipedia sensibly before you get banned for vandalism (Even adding things like "Hi, josh!" is classed as vandalism).
You may find welcome helpful on how to contribute and not get reverted. I have undone my revert on the article (Goessel, Kansas).
