Please do not replace Wikipedia pages with blank content. Blank pages are harmful to Wikipedia because they have a tendency to confuse readers. If it is a duplicate article, please redirect it to an appropriate existing page. If the page has been vandalised, please revert it to the last legitimate version. If you feel that the content of a page is inappropriate, please edit the page and replace it with appropriate content. If you believe there is no hope for the page, please see the deletion policy for how to proceed. Thanks for contributing to Wikipedia! Sjakkalle (Check!) 12:44, 11 November 2005 (UTC)
Please stop. If you continue to vandalize pages, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. RexNL 11:06, 8 February 2006 (UTC)

PLEASE READ! Hello, this IP address is shared by thousands of computers at our city's network. There are lots of users under this IP address, at schools and public libraries.
It's probably the IP address of the city's proxy server (which is AFAIK owned by a this communications company Novo, www.novo.fi ). Make a google search for 62.236.76.8, there's over five hundred hits for that IP for proof.
If you ban the IP, is it still possible to make edits when signed in?
