Yeah, I think you are right. I think it's probably best not to include religion in the little box and just deal with it in the text of the article, as this is a complicated situation and it looks like there's no good one word answer to "religion" in Ban's case. I also found this interesting press conference where he declined to answer a question about his religion.[1].
