XTC's 5 Senses EP is a Canadian-only EP released on September 18, 1981 on Virgin/Polygram Records. It is a collection of five non-album tracks. It also contains the rare (only rare because it was not a big seller) UK single "Wait Till Your Boat Goes Down". Andy Partridge gave the Canadian record company the title for this EP, and was subsequently inspired to write the song "Senses Working Overtime" shortly thereafter.
