The 58th Regiment Alabama Volunteer Infantry was an infantry regiment that served in the Confederate Army during the American Civil War.

The 58th Alabama was formed on July 28, 1863 from the 9th Battalion Alabama Infantry and several independent companies of infantry.[1]
The after being badly mauled at Chickamauga the regiment was consolidated with the 32nd Regiment Alabama Infantry to form the 32nd and 58th Regiments (Consolidated) Alabama Infantry .
