Sean, this is regarding my last change. There are countless free online Spanish tutorials, and we simply can't assess each and every one, but most importantly, people can find them with through a regular search engine. Wikipedia articles link to external sites not to promote them or to help people, but to complement the articles, adding fine detail that cannot be covered in a general article, comprehensive online reference books about the subject, etc. If we were to add every useful site about Spanish to the list, we'd be having thousands, and that's what web directories are for (see WP:NOT). I've taken upon myself the thankless task of "weeding out" the links section every now and then, removing not only blatant spam but also some additions by well-meaning people. There's no clear consensus about what's OK and what isn't, really, but at least old-time editors of Spanish language haven't complained so far.
