The image is a low-resolution copy of a publicity photograph;
The image is being used for informational purposes about the character Invisible Kid from the Legion of Superheroes comic book series;
No more free alternative exists, because the image is of a fictional character and all images of the character will have the same copyright status;
The use of the image in this article will have no effect on the copyright holder's commercial use of the image in question.
