50 Penn Place is an upscale mixed-use development centrally located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The galleria shopping mall is located in the Penn Square trade area immediately at I-44 and Northwest Expressway, near the posh suburb of Nichols Hills.
50 Penn Place consists of a 3 level retail complex and an office tower.
Although not currently anchored by a major retailer, 50 Penn Place contains numerous upscale shoppes and restaurants to add to its growing list of office tenants. The complex is also home to the 50 Penn Place Art Gallery.
The tower of 50 Penn Place was once home to the now defunct Penn Square Bank.
