4TO FM is a commercial Australian station based in Townsville, Queensland owned by Macquarie Southern Cross Media. The station first commenced broadcasting in 1931 on the 774 AM frequency. In 1999, 4TO-FM commenced broadcasting on 102.3 FM. To this day, the station still broadcasts on the AM frequency as well as FM.

In Bowen, Queensland, the station is broadcast on 98.3 FM.

The station is aimed at the 35 - 54 demographic, playing a mixture of Top 40, Classic Rock and pop and popular rock music.
