4th Paratroopers Brigade (Argentina)

The 4th Paratroopers Brigade is a unit of the Argentine Army especialised on airbone assault operations. It is based in Córdoba, Córdoba Province. The Rapid Deployment Force (FDR) is based on this unit. The members of the unit wear the red berets of the paratroopers with unit badges. As of 2007 it consists of:

• 2nd Paratroopers Regiment "General Balcarce"
• 14th Paratroopers Regiment
• 4th Paratrooper Cavalry Exploration Squadron
• 4th Paratrooper Artillery Group
• 4th Paratrooper Communications Company
• 4th Paratrooper Engineer Company
• Logistic Support Base "Córdoba"
• 4th Paratrooper Air Launch Support Company
