[edit] The Unholy Trinity Of Rap
A tag has been placed on The Unholy Trinity Of Rap, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.
Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. If you plan to expand the article, you can request that administrators wait a while for you to add contextual material. To do this, affix the template {{hangon}}
to the page and state your intention on the article's talk page. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Deranged bulbasaur 12:07, 28 April 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Duplicate images uploaded
Thanks for uploading Image:Eminem 5.jpg. A machine-controlled robot account noticed that you also uploaded the same image under the name Image:8244966496.jpg. The copy called Image:8244966496.jpg has been marked for speedy deletion since it is redundant. If this sounds okay to you, there is no need for you to take any action.
This is an automated message- you have not upset or annoyed anyone. In the future, you may save yourself some confusion if you supply a meaningful file name and remember exactly which name you chose (file names are case sensitive, including the extension) so that you won't lose track of your uploads. For tips on good file naming, see Wikipedia's image use policy. If you have any questions about this notice, or feel that the deletion is inappropriate, please contact User:Staecker, who operates the robot account. Staeckerbot 13:17, 29 April 2007 (UTC)
[edit] An Automated Message from HagermanBot
Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You may also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! HagermanBot 13:37, 30 April 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Re:Child Pic
Yeah we can do that just upload a free image and ask if it can be displayed in the article. Hurricaneshady 03:17, 1 May 2007 (UTC)

- I will indeed. First of all tell me about your experience and areas of interest on Wikipedia. IvoShandor 11:44, 4 May 2007 (UTC)
- I can clean up your user page, what did you have in mind? IvoShandor 11:56, 4 May 2007 (UTC)
- I will indeed. First of all tell me about your experience and areas of interest on Wikipedia. IvoShandor 11:44, 4 May 2007 (UTC)
As I said, I will adopt you. : ) Do you have any major questions or concerns to start with? If so let me know. I would also recommend that you read up on Wikipedia's policies on non-free content and fair use, see : Wikipedia:Non-free content criteria. Note that fair use images cannot be used except in the main space (articles). Don't worry, I made the same mistakes when I first started. IvoShandor 01:10, 5 May 2007 (UTC)
-
- Also, there is a more thorough full version of the policy here: Wikipedia:Non-free content. IvoShandor 02:12, 5 May 2007 (UTC)
-
- Well, did you read those policies? There are other key policies and guidelines you should learn to. Do you want links? IvoShandor 04:36, 6 May 2007 (UTC)
-
-
- You really should read some of them, they aren't arbitrarily put here for no reason, they are the result of years of discussion and hard work. Not knowing about them will make it more difficult to assimilate to the project, I wish I would have known about them when I first started, I am not trying to act like a parent here, just want to help. By knowing the policies you will avoid many common pitfalls of new users, such as having new articles and images deleted. I highly suggest reading them, I understand you're wanting to dive right in, but with a good background you will be able to dive in and assure that whatever you contribute meets the projects policies and guidelines, I am sure we can find something for you to work on soon. [edit] Orphaned fair use image (Image:Avatar_em.JPG)
Thanks for uploading Image:Avatar_em.JPG. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable under fair use (see our fair use policy).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Iamunknown 08:49, 3 May 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Image:Eminemydk.JPG
I have tagged Image:Eminemydk.JPG as {{orphaned fairuse}}. In order for the image to be kept at Wikipedia, it must be included in at least one article. If this image is being used as a link target instead of displayed inline, please add {{not orphan}} to the image description page to prevent it being accidentally marked as orphaned again. Iamunknown 13:31, 3 May 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Your edit to Eminem
Hello, regarding this edit: please note that video screenshots are only fair use in articles for identification and critical commentary on the music video in question. In this article, the screenshot was used to identify and illustrate Eminem. Please also note that fair use images must be accompanied by a detailed fair use rationale. See Image:Alliwantforchristmasisyou-2-mvc.JPG for an example of an appropriate fair use rationale. --Muchness 23:30, 3 May 2007 (UTC)
- No problem and thanks. I'mma new so thanks again.
- I would like to report another fact in eminem article. that ascociated facts are not accurate.
- In ascociated facts Xzibit and Nate Dogg should be their. I edited it few times but no use. will you take a look at that please and correct it.
- You Italian?
- thanks again for that image thing.--Frans Adiesha 10:54, 4 May 2007 (UTC)
- The "associated acts" field is for "acts from which this act spun off; acts which spun off a group act; groups with which an artist performs; other acts with which the act is associated." I'm not an expert on Eminem's career, so I can't make a judgment on whether Xzibit and Nate Dogg should be included. The best way to resolve content disputes is to provide reliable sources to substantiate your facts, and discuss any disputed edits with other editors on the article's talk page. Another minor note about image use: fair use images like Image:Eminemydk.JPG should only be used in articles (see WP:NFCC#9), and images should never be used in signatures (see WP:SIG#Images).
- BTW, I'm not Italian. --Muchness 21:29, 4 May 2007 (UTC)
Don't worry about the images, it's not a big deal. We can't link to most Youtube videos because they are usually hosted without the permission of the copyright holder. Probably the best course of action is to propose the addition on the article's talk page and get input from other editors with expert knowledge. --Muchness 21:25, 5 May 2007 (UTC)
- Hi again, I've started a discussion about this on the article's talk page. Like I said, I'm not an expert on this subject, but maybe other editors can help you resolve this. --Muchness 02:11, 8 May 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Adoption

[edit] I'll be happy to renovate your page
Hello 4frans4! I noticed your request to have your userpage renovated, and I will be happy to help. I am handy with Wiki-markup, and know my way around the Userboxing world. If you agree, I will create a sandbox page and make changes to your userpage there, as not to disrupt your real userpage. I will take the changes you want me to make one at a time, with your comments on how I am doing. I can offer advice, and, when you are completely satisfied with my work, I will turn the sandbox into your true userpage. No change of your signature required! No redirects! Tell me on my talk page if you accept, and also tell me what you want changed. Thank you! --FastLizard4 (Talk|Contribs) 05:07, 2 July 2007 (UTC)
Please note that I offer my services by a first come first serve basis. There are a few other users I am waiting for a response from. If I get a job from one of them before you, still leave a message on my talk page, and you will have a place reserved for you. If any case, I will let you know if I can start work immediately or must wait until I complete another user's userpage.
