The 49 Degrees North Ski Area is a ski resort located in Eastern Washington, United States. The base elevation is 3,923 feet with the peak at 5,774 feet.

[edit] The Mountain
49 Degrees North has five lifts:
Lift one stretches from the bottom to the top.
Lift two goes from the middle of the mountain and is usually used to access the terrain park.
Lift three (the bunny hill) goes about 1/4 of the way up the mountain.
Lift four goes from the west basin to top.
Lift five is a quad that goes from the bottom of the east basin to the top. It is the newest lift at the resort.
Run ratings in difficulty are green, or easy, blue square, indicating a medium difficulty run, black diamond for expert skiers, and two black diamonds for experts-only, extremely dangerous runs.

New for this season, 49 Degrees North will be operating 7 days a week mid-December through mid-February.
