Are you 100% sure about the arrival of the regiment in Malta in 1853? A personal inventory, left by dr. Henry Mostyn, Esq, surgeon of the 47th dated 30th of March 1849 has him residing in Malta at the time. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 194.81.255.254 (talk) 23:31, 25 October 2007 (UTC)
