The 45th Sustainment Brigade is a sustainment brigade of the United States Army. It provides logistical support for the 25th Infantry Division. The 45 Sustainment Brigade began reforming in November 2005 from the division support command of the 25th Infantry Division until the 45th Sustainment Brigade was activated in January 2006.

In August 2006, the 45th Sustainment Brigade deployed to Iraq, replacing the 101st Sustainment Brigade and becoming the first fully transformed sustainment brigade to deploy and assume command in Iraq. It was under the command of Colonel Michael T. McBride.
