I have no idea who you are or what you did previously on Wikipedia. You seem to be upset about something that happened in the past and you seem to feel that I was involved. I would offer to help, except that your comment seems to indicate that you are a vandal who is evading a block to edit, which is itself a blockable offense. I must admire your honesty in informing other editors of your intentions. However, if it is determined that you are a blocked user who has returned, your current IP will very likely be blocked as well.
