40th Street

40th Street is a beach area in Newport Beach, California actually located between two rock groynes extending out from 40th and 44th Streets. With a better than average exposure to south swells during the summertime it can get surf of a decent size for the area. However due to a black ball restriction wave riding activities there are limited to bodyboarding or bodysurfing during the season.
