I removed the following statements:

Citation needed: Pres. Goulart was overthrown in 1964, but Kissinger didn't enter the US government until 1969.

I agree with the above. Therefore, I also removed:

Under the chairmanship of Henry Kissinger, approval was given for propaganda activities against president João Goulart of Brazil after he became increasingly "unfriendly" towards certain American and British companies. What resulted was one of the most successful PSYOPs of all time.
