--- my English is far from being perfect, but there are some mistakes possibly waiting for correction by anyone who's able to write correct --

3sat is covering the entire Europe, from Finland to Israel by satellite. And, ARD/ZDF and 3sat are channels under public law, not only public, that's similar to the BBC structure.
