[edit] Discussion instead of fighting!

you wrote: "you can't even understand anything about this particular figure and yet you keep at it." Make me understand!? Whats wrong with my edits in your view? Do you say Osthanes wasn't Persian? Do you say he wasn't teacher of Democritus? What?? --Wayiran (talk) 19:22, 7 June 2008 (UTC)

Read the Ostanes article. You shouldn't even be asking those questions. Read the Encyclopedia Iranica article on "Ostanes", as well. Since it comes from an Iranian source, you might accept it, then. 3rdAlcove (talk) 19:23, 7 June 2008 (UTC)
I've read the article many times. Irannica isn't Iranian source. Is there any difference between Iranian and other sources? We are talking about scientific sources, not racist or nationalist! --Wayiran (talk) 19:27, 7 June 2008 (UTC)
No guy, it's obvious that you're an Iranian POV-pusher (one can easily tell by your edits in many other articles -semiotics being of Persian etymology lol-). Perhaps the EI would convince you. Now, kindly stop it. 3rdAlcove (talk) 19:29, 7 June 2008 (UTC)
My friend, I am Iranian, so I have read more than you about Iran. So my information about Iran is too much. Thats why mostly my edits are about Iran. It doesn't mean that my edits are nationalist. For each and every edit I have provided reliable sources. "Osthanes has been Persian" had 2 sources and "he was teacher of Democritus" had around 5 sources. These things are obvious based on sources. --Wayiran (talk) 19:38, 7 June 2008 (UTC)
"I am Iranian". No shit. Those sources are awful. IE should be good enough for you. Were the sources you used similar to the ones that 'proved' semiotics is of Persian etymology? Honestly, go read the IE article and find out if I'm just being difficult. 3rdAlcove (talk) 19:39, 7 June 2008 (UTC)
