Description

In the battle at Cupino Brdo on 15 June 1944, The Third Macedonian Shock Brigade defeated the Bulgarian army units stationed there and captured great amount of weapons, ammunition and other military equipment. On this photograph, fighters of the brigade are posing in front of a captured Bulgarian cannon.
