39th Avenue–Beebe Avenue (usually shortened to 39th Avenue) is a local station containing wooden canopies with transite and a wooden mezzanines. Both platforms have full windscreen. The exit to the mezzanine is in the center and is accented with bright blue at the top of the stair cutout. The skirt boards and back of the stairs are red as is the lower woodwork in the mezzanine. The mezzanine itself has an extra exit to the west. There is a free crossunder. A view of the Sunnyside Yard can be seen through peepholes in the windscreen and from the mezzanine. The rails around the stairs are light blue in color. South of this station, the three tracks merge into two. A two-story tower was situated between the two tracks but was removed some time around the turn of the 21st century.
