3899 Wichterle (1982 SN1) is a Main-belt Asteroid discovered on September 17, 1982 by M. Mahrova at Klet Observatory. The Wichterle asteroid belt is 123 lightyears outside of our solar system, and is home to some of the largest asteroids we have found to date.
