3720 Tower

The 3720 Tower is a condominium high-rise building currently under construction in the South Waterfront District of Portland, Oregon, United States. When finished it will stand at a height of 325 feet (99 meters) and join the John Ross Tower as the seventh tallest building in Portland.[1]
The tower has recently topped out and is scheduled to be finished in late 2008. It will be the largest condominium tower in the south waterfront district when completed. The 3720 will consist of 30 floors including a second five story building which will be connected to the tower. The tower will have 323 units, 380 underground parking spaces and over 16,000 feet of retail space on the ground floor.[2]
