In my opinion, it is innappropriate to label yourself as neutral on a matter and label another person whom you aren't familiar with as biased on the matter. --MatthewUND(talk) 08:09, 23 January 2006 (UTC)
[edit] User talk:MatthewUND
Hello anonymous poster! This message is in regards to your post on user:MatthewUND's talk page. - Thats the beauty of the revert. Now please see WP:CIVIL. If you continue your personal attacks against this user, I will seek mediation from an admin. I'm posting this on your user talk page as well, to make sure you do not continue this behaviour. - Anonymous, I'm not sure why, if you are so terribly and profoundly neutral in this matter, you were so offended when I reverted your entry. Wikipedia is a rapidly changing place. Something you put in an article one minute may be removed the next...this is simply one of the ways in which Wikipedia is dynamic.
- Regardless, my concern was not really with the inclusion of some mention of the win...my concern was with an anonymous user posting something which really didn't sound (at least to me) very NPOV in an article. I admit that I shouldn't have simply reverted the article after seeing your edit. I'm sorry that I did this...I hadn't heard of the win and I wasn't sure that it was so noteworthy. Instead, something along the lines of Alexwcovington's condensed version would have been...and is...a better option.
- Still, you don't have the right to label someone as naturally biased or naturally neutral unless you know them a bit better. If I'm so biased against NDSU/Fargo, I wouldn't have spent the effort that I have to improve these articles and create many related articles.--MatthewUND(talk) 02:49, 24 January 2006 (UTC)
