The 34th Infantry Brigade "Vasile Lupu" (Brigada 34 Infanterie "Vasile Lupu") is an infantry brigade of the Romanian Land Forces. It was initially formed as the 34th Infantry Regiment, and named after the Moldavian Voivode Vasile Lupu.

The brigade is considered the best and most modern infantry brigade in the Romanian Army; it is subordinated to the 1st Territorial Army Corps, and its headquarters are located in Bucharest. The 34th Brigade has two paratroop battalions in its subordination; these battalions are also considered the best in Romania. The structural reorganization process of the unit was completed in June 2006.
