[edit] Summary

30 Seconds To Mars video "The Kill".

This image illustrates the music video for "The Kill" by showing two selected screen captures from the music video which i feel are relevant to this article, the music video and the song itself is described by Jared Leto as ""It's really about a relationship with yourself. It's about confronting your fear and confronting the truth about who you are" & "confrontation as a crossroads" (30 Seconds To Mars A Beautiful Lie DVD/CD The Kill music video - Making of the music video - Jared Leto) so the image of Jared comfronting himself in the screen capture is relevant to the article and the songs meaning, whilst the second image of the band performing shows the videos general theme of being set in the 1920's.

This image is the only option, no free is available to use.

Fair use rationale:

  1. No free equivalent is available or could be created that would adequately give the same information.
  2. The image does not replace the original market role of the original copyrighted media.
  3. The screenshot is of lower resolution than the original video.
  4. The video has previously been published.
  5. The meets general Wikipedia content requirements.
  6. The material contributes significantly to articles by identifying the subject.
