"30 Something" is the third single from Jay-Z's album Kingdom Come and was produced by Dr. Dre. The main theme of the song is Jay undermining "flossin" as pertaining to the general view on Hip hop. He references that he's done everything that the "young cats" are doing now and prefers to conduct himself in a more grown up manner. It is probably the most well received single from his Kingdom Come album.

An official remix was made, which was called the "Greg Street Remix". It features rappers Ice Cube and Andre 3000 of OutKast.
