Dean randall has smiled at you! Smiles promote WikiLove and hopefully this one has made your day better. Spread the WikiLove by smiling to someone else, whether it be someone you have had disagreements with in the past or a good friend. Smile to others by adding {{subst:smile}}, {{subst:smile2}} or {{subst:smile3}} to their talk page with a friendly message. Happy editing!
Will try to watch my speeling LOL spelling then!!! --Boris Johnson VC 19:15, 13 September 2006 (UTC)

Soz Hut, i just couldent help it. --Boris Johnson VC 12:36, 23 September 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Smiles
Could you please fix the smiles on my talk page as anything anyone adds is included in the smile? I can't do it myself because then the smiles say they are from me. Hut 8.5 19:26, 29 September 2006 (UTC)
- Thanks for cleaning it up. Hut 8.5 09:33, 30 September 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Your userpage
Your userpage is getting into a bit of a mess! Hut 8.5 11:52, 1 October 2006 (UTC)
Your welcome to try rearranging it if u like, perhape have one user box for political views and one for everything else...--Boris Johnson VC 11:54, 1 October 2006 (UTC)
I tried something like that, and all I managed to do was screw it up even more. Maybe we ought to put some of the userboxes in your userspace (see WP:GUS). Hut 8.5 12:18, 1 October 2006 (UTC)
Sorry - I accidentally made the flag too big. Hut 8.5 12:55, 1 October 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Afghanistan article
I think I've found the source you used to create the casualties list. Could you please confirm? [1] Hut 8.5 17:28, 2 October 2006 (UTC)
I think it is...im not sure though as it was a BBC news link. --Boris Johnson VC 15:35, 3 October 2006 (UTC)
[edit] James Bickerton MEP
I've nominated your article for a speedy deletion, as you requested it. In future, there are lists of MEPs on Wikipedia, so check there first. Hut 8.5 15:11, 8 October 2006 (UTC)
ok thanks_it was a stupid source-prob a joke but i diddent spot this in time. --Boris Johnson VC 15:21, 8 October 2006 (UTC)
Out of interest, which source was it? I'm interested Hut 8.5 15:22, 8 October 2006 (UTC)
soz, i cant remember the exact address. --Boris Johnson VC 15:23, 8 October 2006 (UTC)
The only living people I can find on Google called 'James Bickerton' are an American political science professor, a (conservative) Canadian politician and a lawyer who seems to live in Hawaii. How on earth did you manage to mistake one of them for an MEP? Hut 8.5 15:35, 8 October 2006 (UTC)
I think it was the Canadian politician, anyway why are u getting so wound up about it?--Boris Johnson VC 15:40, 8 October 2006 (UTC)
I'm just intrigued as to how you managed to mistake a conservative Canadian for a liberal Brit. Please don't take any offense. Hut 8.5 15:45, 8 October 2006 (UTC)
I think it could have been somebody who doesent like the Canadian guy taking the mick...anyway don't worry i wont take offence...--Boris Johnson VC 15:47, 8 October 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Assassination article
Again, where did you get the information for the article about the attempted assassination of the President of Somalia? Can you please add sources to articles when you write the article rather than waiting for other people to add the source for you? Hut 8.5 19:56, 10 October 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Qur'an
Hi, I read your comment in talk:Qur'an and found it usefull. Please help us to do so, because most of wikipedians who edit that article are Muslim or familiar with it. Thanks a lot. God bless you.--Sa.vakilian 20:32, 12 October 2006 (UTC)
Oh thanks-except i don't think i really know enougth about the Koran to edit the page myself--Boris Johnson VC 08:19, 13 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Your latest article
I'm beginning to suspect they you're only creating these articles for me to spellcheck! Hut 8.5 15:16, 19 October 2006 (UTC)
[edit] BBC - why was my section on the Hezbollah/Isreal conflict deleated?
I deleted your insert on Hezoballah/Lebanon-Israel from the BBC page because it contains only one point of view in what is of course a fiercely debated issue and was also (totally) badly formatted and spelled. I think you need to realise that if you are editing something important like the BBC page on Wikipedia which will be seen by millions of people, you need to (a) make an effort to write something properly with correct spelling, (b) distinguish between your own point of view (POV) and what Wikipedia needs to factually tell people and (c) make at least some sort of effort to read the talk page and discuss it before coming into something so controversial. The talk page for BBC is at Talk:BBC. Thanks. MarkThomas 13:48, 24 October 2006 (UTC)
I see you have a lot of problems from this page with spelling - do you have dyslexia out of interest? I am not being critical, just wondering if that's the issue. I would hesitate to rely on others to correct your spellings, Wikipedia is a very busy place and things won't always get noticed except on the most important pages. MarkThomas 14:16, 24 October 2006 (UTC)
I often do help with spellings, that wasn't the main issue despite my rants above. I don't think the POV you presented in your piece was fair - if you add it again, I will edit it but expect me to add more as there are other POVs in that debate! All the best. MarkThomas 14:28, 24 October 2006 (UTC)
[edit] British catualties in Afghanistan article
This article has been proposed for deletion. As you were the original creator, could you consider making some improvements to the article? Hut 8.5 08:45, 25 October 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Userboxes (again)
It really isn't that hard to edit userboxes - can't you figure it out yourself? Please note that adding excessive political information to your userpage is in violation of WP:USER. Hut 8.5 10:53, 27 October 2006 (UTC)
I must congratulate you on your stance of marriage being between a man and a woman. I have nothing against same sex relationships but marriage really is a sacred bond between a man and a woman. bravo!
However, i sorely disagree with your stance on th EU. i strive for an EU superstate. Just think of the power we would have. we would be a superpower! i look forward to discussing this further with you.--Daniel Supreme 16:44, 27 October 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Communism
Can I remind you that communism dates from the 19th century, about 600 years after the 'sighning' [sic] of Magna Carta. Hut 8.5 14:41, 28 October 2006 (UTC)
I wasen't speaking litteraly...its called a joke lol, it is designed to imply that communism when't out of date before it was invented...in other words the world would be better without it. --Boris Johnson VC 10:23, 29 October 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Are you really Boris Johnson?
Just curious. --81.157.136.233 16:55, 28 October 2006 (UTC)
Bear in mind that if this user ISN'T Boris Johnson then he's broken Wikipedia policy. Hut 8.5 19:43, 28 October 2006 (UTC)
- What is strange that he actually used 'leet speak' if you look at he responses above not to mention that he spells words as he would pronounce them (eg. 'Dident' instead of 'didn't'). However even my father was suprised at the fact that his son (me) plays the same games (RTW) as Boris Johnson (if this really is him, oh for god sake does BJ even know he has an article on him on Wikipedia?). --81.157.136.233 23:41, 28 October 2006 (UTC)
LOL...No i'm not the Conservative MP who doesent like Jamie Oliver, however believe it or not my real name is Boris Johnson, and i decided to use my real name as a bit of a joke. However it was already taken so i had to add a couple of letters to the end lol. Do u play rtw online, as i am one of the leaders of a clan?
LONG LIVE RTW
LONG LIVE MTW2 (but only if it workes on my pc!!!)
- Well, that's a shame IMHO! I don't support Conservative (as much as 15 year olds vote anyway; I just follow my family when it comes to politics) but I still find THE Boris Johnson hilarious on and off Parliament (on HIGNFY, etc) and I have to say you are pretty convincing! You have the exact same nameas well? Wait who was born first? I don't play RTW online and I can't anyway but I plan to once I get MTW2 off pre order on the 10th of November. Good to know the truth though at least! --81.157.136.233 18:42, 29 October 2006 (UTC)
I have to admit that Boris Johnson is pretty funny...almost makes politics intresting!!! And i'm glad to know i'm pretty convincing too, i'll take that as a compliment...
I know that the MP is quite a bit older than me, as i'm in my early twenty's (sad to be on wiki...i know). I generally do vote Conservative or UKIP, which is the reason i wanted to use my real name on wiki.
RTW is great on line and hopefully MTW2 will be too, though i cant get the damb demo to work. U really should start a propper wiki profile...it gets kinda addictive after a bit!!!--Boris Johnson VC 15:53, 30 October 2006 (UTC)
[edit] French Intifada
Hey, I just want to say thanks for making sure to source what you added to French Intifada. Thanks! KazakhPol 06:41, 5 November 2006 (UTC)
Thats fine, glad to be appriciated...lol--Boris Johnson VC 19:49, 13 November 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Userboxes
Im a little concerned that your large number of political userboxes may violate Wikipedia policy. Could you consider removing or toning down some of them (especially the one urging nuclear war against Iran)? Hut 8.5 16:58, 5 November 2006 (UTC)
[edit] User:Jonnycc23
As a general rule, don't edit other people's userpages without their permission. This is particularly important with political userboxes like the one you just added. Feel free to ask this user on their talk page first, but 'Got ya' isn't really appropriate. Hut 8.5 17:51, 5 December 2006 (UTC)
- As he retaliated by adding a userbox to your page, I've warned him. Hut 8.5 19:34, 6 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Barnstar
Hi. Thanks for the barnstar – it is appreciated. However, I'm about to go on an (indefinite) Wikibreak, so I'm afraid I won't be keeping up the good work for a bit. For what it's worth, I'm not an admin – I'd rather keep out of all that stuff is possible. Cheers --Pak21 09:34, 15 December 2006 (UTC)
Ok then, enjoy your break--Boris Johnson VC 20:50, 15 December 2006 (UTC)
[edit] History of Fatah/Hamas tensions
Hi - I've {{prod}}ded History of Fatah/Hamas tensions. Technically, I could have speedied it as it's nothing but a list of empty headings, but by prodding it I've given you five days to fill in a few details, since I think this is probably likely to be encyclopedic. I possibly could have tried to fill in some details myself, but I know so little of the situation in Palestine that I thought it was better to leave it to someone who knows more. Grutness...wha? 23:04, 15 December 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Hi
I would like to most civilly request that you consider over the appropriateness of the content of your user page. Before you respond, also note that i have done the same. Peace. --Striver 18:17, 16 December 2006 (UTC)
- Seconded. Advocating nuclear war on userpages really isn't a good idea. Hut 8.5 18:28, 16 December 2006 (UTC)
Hi, could you be a bit more specific pz, as in what is it that specifically offended you? (I mean Striver NOT Hut 8.5). P.S. Peace to you too! --Boris Johnson VC 20:56, 16 December 2006 (UTC)
- It's not so much "offended", it's more that the quote is insensitive and does not contribute to a good atmosphere. I am referring to the Winston Churchill quote. I'm sure a similar sentiment can be proclaimed in a more general and civil manner that does not illustrate 20% of earth population like savages. Peace to us all.--Striver 21:07, 16 December 2006 (UTC)
I understand what your saying, but i think you may have slightly misinterpritated (soz about the spelling) my point, the quote was not aimed at Muslims in general, but rarther at Muslim extreamists who use the religion of Islam as an excuse to force there idears upon both other Muslims and Non-Muslims. To be compleatly honest with u i do not think that Islam has had a positive effect on the world, but then i think the same about all religions, with the possible exeption of Buddism...
Therefore i chose to use a Churchill quote to show my fustration at radical islamists hijacking the religion of Islam for there own goals, and so slowing down the development of parts of the world, i think i mentioned this below the quote. Once again Peace --Boris Johnson VC 21:18, 16 December 2006 (UTC)
- Yes, i do understand your frustration about the "those" people, and i share them in many ways. But the quote you have chosen to represent this is not adequate since it is widely dismissive of all and everybody, without reservations. If it has reservations, were do i find them? --Striver 13:30, 17 December 2006 (UTC)
"Individual Moslems may show splendid qualities — but the influence of the religion paralyses the social development of those who follow it.", there you go...it's not a general attack on Muslims, but rarther on the more extream aspects of the religion of Islam, i guess i should add a clarifying message at the bottom though...--Boris Johnson VC 17:29, 17 December 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Thanks for the barnstar
Thanks! I hope to continue contributing and help coordinate efforts to improve articles relating to the criticism of Islam. --Matt57 17:35, 21 December 2006 (UTC)
Your welcome!!!--Boris Johnson VC 19:55, 21 December 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Merry Christmas!
From your previous edits im not sure whether your hostility towards religious articles extends to christmas, but im going to risk it just the same :-) Happy Christmas - Doobuzz 22:16, 23 December 2006 (UTC)
Dear /Boris Johnson VC,
Love came to a stable on that very special night to bring us out of darkness into His glorious light. May Jesus touch your life with gladness and warm your heart with love as we celebrate His birth. I hope you have a Blessed Christmas, User:DoobuzzTalk 06:14, 23 December 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Fuck the British empire
Since you choose to say bring back the british empire in your userbox, I think it's only fair you allow people to express their sentiments in your talk page. Cheers Nil Einne 05:44, 13 January 2007 (UTC)
- I wasn't sure if you were serious but I thought if you were, I didn't care if I offended you, and if you weren't you wouldn't be offended so either way it didn't matter :-P
- In terms of you response, I don't deny that. But they also did a lot of bad things and created a lot of problems in both cases, and in other cases. In the end, the British empire was only an empire because of their colonies. As colonials powers go, they may have been one of the best ones but this doesn't change the fact they were colonists. This is not to suggest that all the people they colonised were innocents angels, obviously not, but colonism was (and is) still IMHO ultimately wrong and unjustifiable whatever the flaws of the people they colonised.
- Ultimately, for me, a return to the British empire implies a return to colonism which is something I find deeply offensive.
- Nil Einne 16:52, 13 January 2007 (UTC)
- I knew you were joking about the embassies etc bit. However I do seriously disagree with you about the British empire. I don't see why it matters if New Zealand exists or was a indepedent predominantly Maori country. Nor for that matter do I see any reason to assume Malaysia and other colonies wouldn't have modernised. After all, countries which have not been colonised have modernised. Indeed, I would say it's highly offensive to suggest the people in such countries were not capable of modernising themselves. The reality is, a lot of countries including Malaysia are still struggling with problems created partially by colonisation. And the reality also is that altho most colonisers had the mistaken believe they were helping people, the predominant reason they wanted colonies was for power and resources, so all colonies were created for the wrong reasons. Anyway I don't really wish to debate this issue any more. Your free to believe what you want.
- However perhaps it will help you to know that in fact a lot of people who have live in countries that were part of the British empire do not think we should be greatful for the British empire per se and that many of these people don't deny that the British empire did do good things nor do they blame colonisation for all the problems former colonies face but simply say that even if colonisation did do some good things, this doesn't change the fact it was ultimately wrong. Just as slavery for example may have done some good things but was ultimately wrong. Nil Einne 13:23, 14 January 2007 (UTC)
I think we should enslave them all and then use them to make us rich at their expense. Who cares about New Zealand or Malaysia or Scotland at that.
The British Empire will BE REBUILT AND WE WILL RULE THE WORLD—Preceding unsigned comment added by 80.42.227.195 (talk • contribs)
[edit] Almost everything on your userpage is 100% correct
The world is worse than dismal on its own, the british empire needs rebuilding, and beyond. Our american 'friends' leading into its own wars will soon see, whilst they, russia, china and india argue we will rise from the ashes..though it certainly wont be with labour in power! I agree with your eurosceptic views, the EU, and everything it stands for is complete RUBBISH. I personally refuse to be called european, im english, fullstop. We should have our own laws, not what other countries decide. I wont get started on american english, it is worse than substandard. Marriage is indeed, only marriage in a HETEROsexual relationship. wont get started on same sex marriage..things..whatever they are called.
PS-Boris Johnson is simply the greatest man to of walked the planet..ever. I personally dislike David 'hug a hoody' Cameron and want Johnson to get control, and run the country.
