[edit] How can Germany make rules about this?
If the .ag domain belongs to Antigua and Barbuda, how can Germany make rules about its proper use?--Oz1cz 07:44, 20 March 2007 (UTC)
- Intellectual property law trumps everything when it comes to domain names... See the case of Mike Row Vs. Microsoft... Basically it was a case where someone by the name of Mike Row was sued for the domain name http://www.mikerowsoft.com/ They thought it was funny because their name was close to M$ and they just added Soft to the end... But as it turned out Microsoft sicked a pack of lawyers on the man and in the end decided to settle out of court but if a company deems you registered any domain in bad faith they can come and sue you... Blame ICANN... CaribDigita (talk) 06:15, 26 March 2008 (UTC)
