This is a copyrighted image that has been released by a company or organization to promote their work or product in the media, such as advertising material or a promotional photo in a press kit. The copyright for it is most likely owned by the company who created the promotional item or the artist who produced the item in question; you must provide evidence of such ownership. This image, 2Pac2.jpg, is being linked here; though the picture is subject to copyright I (SqlPac) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

1. No free or suitable alternative has been located.
2. It furthers the goals of providing verifiable information concerning the subject matter, in that it visibly demonstrates the subject of the article itself.
3. It in no way infringes on or assists in the illegal reproduction or distribution of the content of the event, goods or services being advertised.
4. It does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the event, goods or services in any way.
5. The image is of small size and inferior quality/resolution; any subsequent copies made from this image would be of useless quality.
6. The image is available elsewhere on the Internet, and higher quality versions are available through Death Row's website.
7. The image is being used strictly for informational and/or educational purposes.
